In conventional car washing machine, gun does not have trigger, price is comparably lower, maintenance is comparatively less, preferable for light duty applications up to 140 bar pressure. Now, since trigger is not there, it is risky to operate because flow of water can only be controlled by switching off the power so it results in wastage of power & water. These all limitations can be nullified with the use of automatic car washing machine, where trigger operated gun is used with its safety device called unloader valve so price of this system is comparably higher and also this system can be used for almost all pressures.

How  wet  sandblasting  equipments works?

Start the high pressure system and adjust the water flow and system pressure with your nozzle selection, pump rpm and regulating unloader setting. Open the trigger on gun to assure system is operating properly.  

Place the sand induction probe in the sand supply container. With the trigger on the gun open, adjust the small valve on the mixing head. The adjustment creates a vacuum in the sand hose line and starts the flow of sand. The sand is drawn into the system through the sand point directly from a container. The head features suction capabilities to then draw the sand through the sand pickup tube into the head. The sand is then mixed with high-pressurized water in the head. The resulting mixture of sand and water is forced through the nozzle across surfaces at high pressure levels. The pressure washer sandblaster should be approximately 12 to 15 inches away from the work surface when the trigger is opened and the water sand blaster operation begins.

Some pressure washers, in combination with a particular nozzle, allow detergent to be introduced into the water stream, assisting in the cleaning process. Two types of chemical injectors are available: a low-pressure injector and a high pressure injector.  

The pumping unit is the pressure generator used to force out the carrier fluid at high velocity. Plunger-type high pressure pumps are commonly used to generate high pressure water for water jet cleaning and wet or water abrasive blasting for non-abrasive pressure washing or rinsing. Crankshaft driven plunger pumps are commonly used for pressure generation. Crankshaft driven plunger pumps may be more efficient in electrical energy costs compared to intensifiers. Crankshaft driven plunger pumps also provide a virtually ripple free pressure source in comparison to intensifiers. Dust collection or filtration systems remove fine particle sizes of abrasive, swarf, grease or other blasting waste (removed scale or stock in the form of dust or fine swarf) that would otherwise contaminate the environment.
